"Joining a LoCo Peer Advisory group allows a business owner the opportunity for a confidential and safe haven in which to process their challenges and opportunities. The aggregate wisdom and creativity of the members at my table, when working to solve a challenge for another member, is so powerful. It is incredibly rewarding to watch the light go on when that member receives input and ideas that they had not previously considered. Members also provide accountability for each other, and it has been wonderful to watch the growth of each member, personally and professionally."
