LoCo Catalysts’ chapters are designed to provide key leadership team members with an opportunity to gain the benefits of peer advisory and develop a holistic approach to the business. Members have significant responsibilities and may have an equity stake, but are not the final decision authority.

Catalyst Facilitator: Kregg Listen 

Kregg co-founded, managed, and served as President of Zateca Foods in Greeley, Colorado for approximately twenty years. While managing Zateca Foods, Kregg relied on a strong team of department managers, collaborated with hourly employees, and fostered meaningful long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers.
