LoCo Member
Expectations

1. LoCo Think Tank members should anticipate being a member for not less than a year when they join. 

2. Attendance expected at least 80% of meetings and members may be asked to resign if attendance rate falls < 75%.
 
3. New members added only in the absence of a conflict of interest and unanimous consent of existing members. 

4. The facilitator is the gatekeeper and can accept, deny, or ask members to resign to maintain a healthy chapter. 

5. Members must clear significant potential business relationships with chapter members.

6. Public information (news articles, new location, etc.) about members may be shared on social media. 

7. Non-public information (planned acquisition, new hires, etc.) shared with express consent of members. 

8. There is a one-time $300 onboarding administration fee.

(This covers Hallos TRIADS Assessment, BizEquity, and admin/onboarding expense)

9. Member dues are paid monthly via autopay ACH / Debit / Credit Card.

10. We ask 30 days notice of planned departure - and also let us know if there’s something we can fix!
