Your specific chapter gathers for a half-day meeting with your facilitator. This is your boardroom, your war room, your accountability partner group, and your cheerleaders. Meetings include a focus member, open discussion of real business challenges, and regular subject matter experts. We expect attendance at 80% of these meetings.

Your facilitator is available to meet with you multiple times a year to share insight and add clarity to challenges. They get to know you and your strengths and also help you see your blind spots, like an executive coach without the price tag.
